Ma nello specifico, Cosa fare ?

Ti consiglio:
1) Non spostare le automobili o motocicli;

2) Scattare fotografie dei veicoli ed, in particolare, delle parti danneggiate;

3) Scrivere il numero di targa ;

4) Scrivere il numero della polizza assicurativa e il nome della società di assicurazione.

5) Compilare il Cid oppure, scrivere un documento con le seguenti informazioni:

– Dove è avvenuto l’incidente;
– Nome, cognome, indirizzo dei conducenti;
– Incidente dinamica ( direzione dei veicoli, parti dei veicoli danneggiate ) ;
– Chi ha la responsabilità per l’incidente;
– Disegnare il modo in cui i veicoli si sono scontrati.

Poi firmare il documento e invitare l’altro conducente a sottoscriverlo.

Se si ci sono lesioni personali, andare in un ospedale pubblico per il primo soccorso e prendere il referto medico.
